He has a very expressive face and his hair IS Freeze Dry (Dry Ice) and appears like he has a severe case of frostbite on his skin. When he freezes things (uses his powers); His Hair turns Grey and his face Blue
When Frost is Santa Frost, only thing that changes is that he NO LONGER has a case of frostbite skin, his Freeze Dry is completely WHITE (eyebrows included) and a Mushache and Beard that is Freeze Dry as well
Good Frost, again lost the frostbiten completion and looks rather human

[Personality]
To put it straight to the point, Frost is a PHONEY. There’s nothing true about him. Sleazy and cheesy. He doesn't have an honest bone in his body. How he ACTS and how he IS, are 2 different things. He acts like your bestest friend in the world. Sucking up, making really lame ice puns and even acting stupid (immature). However, this should not be taken to heart. This is all a mask for what he really is.
He’s really a cold, bitter, loney man. Who has not a friend in the world and doesn't care about you at all, just himself. With a sheer jealous hatred of Santa Claus, that drives him to be something he's NOT. However, usually he’ll show the playful goofball BUT rub him the wrong way and watch out, he’ll become a true Jack Frost so you shouldn't expect much from a cold icy heart (literal icy heart). He’s actually quite clever and will plot his revenge, no matter how long it may take him and for some strange reason is rather lustful towards women. Finally, he demands you all pay attention to him and love him, even if he can't love you in return and is very lazy, as well as a slave driver towards the worker elves in the North Pole. Which is why he enslaves all the worker elves in the North Pole when he's Santa Frost
